Refunds and cancellation.

Cancel whenever you like, in two clicks, and keep what you’ve paid for until the end of the period. Your journal is yours whatever you decide.

Trying it

Every new account gets 14 days of everything, free, with no card needed. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe.

Cancelling

• Go to your account page, choose Manage subscription, and cancel. That’s it.
• You keep Wonder’s notes and reflections until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, and aren’t charged again.
• Your journal stays yours to read, write, sync and export, on every device, with or without a subscription.

Refunds

• [If you’re in the UK or EU, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.]
• [If you forget to cancel a yearly renewal, write within 14 days of it and we’ll refund it.]
• [Otherwise we don’t refund part-used periods.]
• If something has gone wrong on our side, write to [support contact email] and we’ll put it right.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within [5–10] working days.

Failed payments

If a renewal can’t be charged, Stripe tries again and we email you. Paid features carry on for 7 days while you update your card, then pause until it’s paid; nothing else is affected.
